I completed it, I feel great . The first day was hard , but it got better, by the 3 rd day no cravings at all, my body feels so clean inside and I feel great. I did workout out every day , felt with energy and I loss 6 lbs which is fantastic.

Hi Raul… doing fantastic!! I shed 10 pounds .. my focus is to continue my weight loss journey I started 1 year ago.
Started at 220… down to 156.. from August 2022-December 2022. Sadly, I gained weight back to 183.4 before starting your juice detox. It helped me lose 10 pounds with today to go. I’ve got this! Thanks again! God bless and good luck

Yesterday definitely was rough. But I kept telling myself the reasons why I committed to doing your detox and stuck with it. Last night I slept amazing, didn’t even need to drink the chamomile tea, today I woke up feeling great and I weighed myself again first thing and I lost 2 pounds!! I also have so much energy! it’s crazy. I am walking everyday for 1 hour outside and coming back home drenched in sweat. outside is our natural sauna lol. The smoothies are delicious too! drinking water has been a challenge but what I am doing is as soon as i’m done with the smoothies, I refill half the bottle with water and drink it that way. Thank you so much. I look forward to the next 4 days! 🙌🏽
